I’m a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Lifestyle Coach and Yoga & Meditation Instructor with over 30 years of experience in the field.

My mission is to demystify self-care and wellness, making them accessible even during life's busiest times. I guide others in creating a healthy foundation to excel in all areas of life, including career, relationships, and personal growth.

I am a 500 hr E-RYT yoga instructor, a certified meditation teacher, and am health coach certified by the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in NYC. My yoga classes are influenced by my various movement studies, including Ashtanga, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, and the circular fluidity of the Gyrokinesis method. And, my health coaching approach is shaped by my mindfulness training.

I have followed a plant-based diet for most of my life, and I see how poor information like “eat low calorie and low fat” have damaged many people. I not only work to prevent these pitfalls myself, but also aim to help others do the same.
